1 General Agreement

3 Age Restriction

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 — Deposits
Deposit methods available at barmar99 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks, and this minimum applies to all payment methods.

4.2 — Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same personal payment account used for deposits.
- Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fully met.
- If a withdrawal takes longer to process, barmar99 may request additional verification documents.

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 — Welcome Bonus
Users who register at barmar99 and make their first deposit are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.
5.2 — Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example —
- If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks.
- If you deposit 620,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 920,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks.
5.3 — Declining a Bonus
If you do not want a bonus, please inform our support team before depositing. Once a bonus has been accepted, it cannot be changed.
If you withdraw without meeting the Wagering Requirement, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.
5.4 — General Promotion Terms
Every promotion at barmar99 has its own specific terms, which may change. You cannot combine ("stack") one promotion with another unless barmar99 explicitly states otherwise. If promotion abuse is detected, the bonus will be blocked and the account will be reviewed.
6 VIP Levels and Cashback
The barmar99 VIP program has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As players wager more, they move up levels and earn a higher cashback percentage.
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP cashback funds will not be sent directly to your registered payment account — they will be added to your barmar99 account balance. Cashback funds can be withdrawn without any Wagering Requirement.
7 Game Rules
7.1 — Game Outcomes
Game outcomes for slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D lottery, crash games, and football betting are determined by barmar99's Random Number Generator. barmar99's decisions are final and cannot be reversed.
7.2 — Winnings Wagering Period
Even if you win from gameplay, you cannot withdraw while your account has an active Wagering Requirement — winnings earned while bonus funds are active do not count toward the bonus Wagering Requirement (meaning if you are playing with non-bonus funds, those winnings will not contribute to any bonus Wagering Requirement).
7.3 — Technical Errors
If a technical error, software fault, or initial payout malfunction occurs on the platform, barmar99 is not obligated to honour or pay out the affected game result ("Malfunction Voids All Pays and Plays" — when a malfunction occurs, both the winnings and the wagers from that game round are void).
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the barmar99 platform:
- Opening more than one account ("Multi-accounting")
- Making deposits and withdrawals to yourself with the intent of exploiting bonus funds ("Bonus Abuse")
- Collusion (coordinating with others to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay)
- Using gaming software such as bots or scripts to play
- Money laundering
- Threatening or abusing barmar99 staff or other users
- Deliberately exploiting platform errors for personal gain
If any of the above activities are detected, barmar99 may suspend the account and forfeit all funds in that account without prior notice.
9 Account Suspension and Closure

barmar99 reserves the right to suspend any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- When there is suspicion of a breach of these terms
- When false information is found to have been provided
- When money laundering ("AML") concerns arise
- In accordance with a government or regulatory directive, or as required by law
9.2 — Self-initiated Account Closure
